General Manager - Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Identify long term business opportunity and potential impacts of real estate sector
• Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business execution and expansion
• Monitor the real estate economic indicators, and regulatory factors influencing real estate demand
• Develop the strategic that to provide opportunity to market sales and market share
• Conduct the sustainable business model align with organizational goal
• Build the long-term relationship with existing clients, and potential business partner
• Establish strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders
• Facilitate appointments between company management and government officials, potential clients, and stakeholders
• Participate in VIP trips, client trips, and special client meetings as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, MBA or an equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred
• Minimum 10 years of progressive professional experience in real estate development, business development, public relations, or a related field, with demonstrated experience in senior management or leadership capacity
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, government authorities, and other key stakeholders
• Strong commercial and business development acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant project management or reporting tools
• Fluent English language proficiency
