We focus on recruiting candidates into full-time positions. We currently don’t work recruit candidates for temporary, freelance, nor consulting positions.

After an initial screening of candidates’ CVs for to match our clients’ job description and other requirements, we call in candidates for a face-to-face pre-interview, when this is not possible we arrange phone and video interviews. During this pre-interview our Recruitment Experts assess each candidate’s personality, job and industry-specific knowledge, and walk them through your job description and other requirements before forwarding their profile to our clients.

Our recruitment services are currently focused on in-country positions, however we do occasionally place candidates abroad.

Yes, we are in contact with a wide network of candidates both in-country and abroad. We have extensive connections to candidates in Singapore, Australia, and The Middle East.

While our main focus is on Myanmar nationals, we do occasionally place foreign nationals.

As our focus is on middle and upper management positions, we do not recruit security guards nor maids.
