Deputy Marketing Manager

Position Summary

Responsible for managing brand communication across online platforms, overseeing content and media relations, and leading the digital marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and strong audience engagement. The role also supports the Head of Marketing in developing communication strategies, creative campaign ideas, and executing public relations and digital marketing initiatives aligned with brand objectives.

Responsibilities

• Propose PR and online communication strategies to the Head of Marketing and lead the implementation of approved plans
• Lead creative concept development for marketing campaigns, including TVC production, digital video content, and social media storytelling to enhance brand impact
• Lead and manage the digital marketing and content team to ensure effective campaign execution
• Oversee brand communication across social media and online media channels
• Develop and manage PR activities, including media relations, press releases, interviews, and public announcements
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement
• Monitor digital performance, social media trends, and audience insights to optimize communication strategies
• Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, media partners, and influencers
• Prepare concise reports and present insights on campaign performance to the Head of Marketing to support strategic decision-making

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Any graduate, preferably with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, PR, digital marketing, or related fields
• Strong experience in budgeting and cost control, social media management, online campaigns, and public relations
• Proven leadership ability to manage and guide the marketing team
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
