Head of Marketing

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Architecting and directing comprehensive, long-term marketing strategies and optimizing annual budget allocations to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and minimize Customer Acquisition Costs (CAC)
  • Championing the platform's brand identity and overseeing high-impact digital, social media, and traditional marketing campaigns to elevate brand equity and market awareness
  • Engineering aggressive, data-driven growth initiatives targeting both driver-partner onboarding pipelines and passenger acquisition/retention loops within the marketplace
  • Leveraging advanced market analytics, consumer behavior insights, and competitive intelligence to continuously pivot and refine marketing tactics in a fast-paced environment
  • Cultivating and scaling a high-performing marketing organization through direct mentorship, clear objective-setting (KPIs/OKRs), and rigorous performance management

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a highly relevant discipline
  • More than 7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a senior leadership capacity
  • Proven track record of scaling a dual-sided marketplace or digital platform (e.g., ride-hailing, food delivery, e-commerce, fintech) within competitive regional markets
  • Deep expertise across performance marketing, brand strategy, localized growth hacking, and public relations (PR)
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret attribution models, cohort analyses, and platform utilization metrics to drive spending decisions
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills to manage media agencies, creative production houses, and external corporate partners
  • Ability to navigate fluid market dynamics, make high-stakes financial decisions under pressure, and rally cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Operations) around unified growth goals
  • Elite written and verbal communication skills, with a native ability to craft compelling brand narratives
