[Position Closed] Business Development Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing aggressive business development strategies, long-term commercial models, and localized growth plans aligned with corporate expansion goals
  • Identifying, pitching, negotiating, and successfully closing high-value strategic partnerships, merchant alliances, and lucrative corporate accounts
  • Building and maintaining long-term, high-trust relationships with key stakeholders, enterprise clients, government bodies, and ecosystem partners
  • Analyzing fast-moving market trends, consumer behavior patterns, and competitor footprints to identify unserved business opportunities and niche market segments
  • Leading, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing business development team, establishing clear commercial KPIs, and driving the team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related commercial discipline
  • Minimum 4 to 6 years of fast-paced business development, corporate sales, or B2B account management experience, with at least 1 to 2 years in a team lead or managerial capacity
  • Prior experience in a tech platform, ride-hailing, e-commerce, on-demand logistics, or corporate fleet services environment is highly advantageous
  • Advanced enterprise B2B sales skills with a proven track record of navigating complex corporate structures and closing high-stakes commercial contracts
  • Exceptional ability to interpret market data, build profitable financial business cases, and structure mutually beneficial deal frameworks
  • Superior presentation, public speaking, and written communication skills, tailored for pitching directly to C-level executives and key external partners
  • Strong ability to inspire, organize, and guide a competitive sales/BD pipeline team toward shared operational milestones
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, highly self-motivated, and physically agile enough to manage frequent on-site corporate meetings and market networking events
