[Position Closed] Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Head of Marketing in aligning digital marketing campaigns, localized promotions, and platform growth strategies with corporate business goals and strict brand guidelines
  • Leading the end-to-end planning, localized strategy, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to drive platform demand and brand awareness
  • Monitoring and analyzing daily/weekly campaign performance data, user acquisition costs (CAC), retention rates, and promo code mechanics to evaluate marketing ROI and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Tracking fast-moving marketplace trends, consumer behavior shifts on mobile applications, and competitor pricing or driver/rider incentive structures
  • Developing and executing hyper-local marketing campaigns, push notification schedules, in-app promotions, and social media content to directly drive user transactions
  • Analyzing daily and weekly performance data, tracking departmental KPIs, running A/B testing on creatives/promotions, and delivering post-campaign analysis to maximize marketing spend
  • Partnering with Business Operations, Growth, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure successful, seamless go-to-market strategies and new product/feature launches
  • Streamlining digital content approval pipelines, managing cross-functional collaboration with tech/product teams, and ensuring agile campaign deployment workflows
  • Coordinating with external vendors, creative agencies, and merchant partners to negotiate mutually beneficial terms and build strategic co-partnerships
  • Managing campaign budgets effectively under the guidance of the Head of Marketing, balancing promotional burn rates and the media mix to align with overarching business objectives

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Proven track record of launching engaging, data-backed digital and field campaigns that successfully drive app downloads, user retention, and long-term brand loyalty
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, social ad managers (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube), and automated CRM/marketing tools for push notifications and email marketing
  • Deep knowledge of tech marketing best practices, localized branding, and user funnel optimization using frameworks like the AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) model
  • Strong track record of tracking digital ad budgets and executing high-impact, multi-channel growth promotions with clear spending controls
  • Excellent analytical and creative capabilities used to interpret campaign metrics, build performance reports, and solve complex project bottlenecks
  • Superior written and oral communication skills tailored for presenting growth metrics, post-mortem campaign analyses, and strategic insights directly to senior executives
