Position Summary
Responsible for assisting in identifying new business opportunities, preparing business proposals and reports, coordinating partnerships, and supporting sales and marketing activities to ensure successful execution of departmental objectives.
Responsibilities

Assist the Business Development Manager in implementing business development strategies and growth initiatives

Identify and approach potential clients, corporate organizations, and strategic partners to expand business opportunities

Support the Business Development Manager in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners

Prepare proposals, presentations, agreements, reports, and other business-related documents

Coordinate meetings, appointments, negotiations, and follow-up activities with clients and stakeholders

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry monitoring to identify new business opportunities and market trends

Maintain and update client databases, sales pipelines, partnership records, and business development tracking reports

Support the planning and execution of corporate events, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities

Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth communication and timely execution of projects and partnerships

Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly business performance reports, sales analysis, and management presentations

Handle administrative and operational tasks related to business development activities

Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance of agreements, contracts, and official correspondence

Support the Business Development Manager in achieving departmental KPIs, revenue targets, and partnership objectives
