Position Summary
Responsible for the overall sales performance of the assigned areas, particularly for ensuring the extension of coverage and focusing on maintaining sales quality while motivating teams to accomplish their targets for all products.
Responsibilities

Manage, provide training and overall guidance to all the sales team of the assigned territories

Set the reasonable sales targets in collaboration with the Head of Sales, monitor the performance of the team, and provide feedback and directions not only to meet the sales target, but also to make quality sales calls

Conduct the regular monitoring field visit and supervision visit with the team, which should be the minimum of 70% of the entire working time

Ensure the delivery status, stock availability, promotion schemes and other follow-ups with the distributors’ team, in-house supply chain team and as well as with other relevant stakeholders

Gather the customer feedback, stay alert and up to date on the competitors’ moves and market trends of all the assigned sales channels, define the potential impacts of them, report to the Head of Sales, and take anticipated response promptly

Evaluate monthly sales and submit to the Head of Sales with a monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales analysis report on time

Understand the present sales operation procedures, make modifications as appropriate, and enforce the use of all procedures and sales strategies by the teams
