Responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through innovative IoT solutions. Working cross-functionally with internal teams, have to align sales strategies, deliver customized solutions, and help clients achieve digital transformation goals.
Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and pain points

Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, handling inquiries, providing technical and commercial support, and ensuring satisfaction

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new verticals (e.g., agriculture, logistics, fleet management)

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to shape winning sales strategies

Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue goals and drive market share growth in IoT solutions

Coordinate with teams to resolve customer issues promptly and enhance overall customer experience

Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring mutual benefit for both the customer and the company

Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and account performance analysis to management
