Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to improve performance
• Develop, implement and execute sales strategies to grow EV taxi usage and corporate transportation contracts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners such as corporate customers, hotels, airports, ride-hailing partners, and fleet users
• Identify and acquire new B2B, B2G, and strategic partnership clients
• Promote EV taxi services highlighting cost efficiency, sustainability, and reliability
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, pricing plans, contract negotiations, and performance reports
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer feedback and negotiation, and handling close high-value deals
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets to be aligned with KPIs
• Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience (transport, logistics, automotive, ride-hailing, or energy sectors preferred)
• Strong understanding of Myanmar market and corporate sales environment
• Experience in fleet sales, mobility services, or EV-related business is an advantage
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-growing startup environment

Working Time:

8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
