National Sales Manager

Job Description:

Position Summary

Responsible for planning, managing, and executing nationwide retail and wholesale sales activities across all assigned showrooms and regions, ensuring achievement of sales targets, consistent sales operations, and strong team performance in alignment with the company’s sales strategies and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Translate national sales targets into regional and showroom-level targets
  • Execute pricing, promotion, and sales programs consistently across all sales channels
  • Support initiatives to grow market share, increase sales volume, and improve customer reach
  • Oversee day-to-day sales performance of all showrooms and wholesale/B2B channels nationwide
  • Coordinate closely with Sales Managers to ensure smooth sales execution
  • Monitor sales activities, inventory movement, and stock availability to prevent overstock or shortages
  • Ensure to standard operating procedures (SOPs), sales policies, and customer service standards
  • Guide and support Regional Sales Managers, and Senior In-Charges to achieve their targets
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with HR/L&D for sales skills and product knowledge training
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve individual and team performance
  • Promote teamwork, discipline, and ethical sales behavior across all sales teams
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against set targets
  • Prepare and submit consolidated sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management team
  • Identify performance gaps, operational issues, and improvement opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
  • Support implementation of sales incentive schemes and performance improvement plans
  • Coordinate with marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and brand activities at showrooms
  • Liaise between Head Office and regional teams to ensure clear communication and policy implementation
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through consistent service quality across all showrooms
  • Collect market feedback, customer insights, and competitor information and report to the senior management team
  • Support new showroom openings, relocations, and major sales events as assigned

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 7~8 years’ progressive sales management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in retail and wholesale sales operations
  • Strong sales planning, execution, and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to manage multi-location sales teams
  • Good leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of sales reporting, inventory control, and basic financial concepts
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel frequently to regions and branches

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Saturday
