Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide periodically management reports such as financial statements, performance analysis, project reports etc.
• Communicate with internal, external parties and government authorities for finance related matters
• Review and check the reports presented by the related projects' senior account executives
• Monitor the systems, procedure, compliance orders and provide aging reports for receivable, payable
• Assist department head to establish standard operation procedure related to cash management and accounting
• Point out the financial results of material operation transactions to relevant operation teams need to handle related activities
• Assist department head to set and monitor the debtor and creditor management system for relevant business units
• Participate in implementation the accounting and operation software system
• Perform ad-hoc responsibility assigned by management and head of department

Job Requirements:

Required Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• CPA or ACCA Part-2 strongly preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experiences as a Finance Manager or Chief Accountant in hotel industry
• Experience in budgetary system and analysis process
• Strong knowledges in taxation
• Proficient in advanced Excel and accounting software – MYOB or SAP
• Ability to work under pressure with deadline
• Able to travel to site if needed

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
