Position Summary
Lead the PR team in driving brand awareness, building a positive public image, and fostering strong relationships with the media, influencers, and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will develop and execute a dynamic PR strategy that aligns with our business goals, amplifies our brand voice, and enhances the corporate reputation across multiple channels.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement PR strategies, including media relations and press releases, to enhance the company’s public image

Manage internal communication initiatives, such as newsletters and company announcements, to ensure alignment and engagement across the organization

Support the HR and marketing teams in preparing content for awards submissions, external communications, and other PR related tasks

Develop and manage external communication strategies, including press releases, speeches, and external newsletters

Ensure all external messaging aligns with the company's brand voice and strategic goals

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create and manage digital content, including blogs, web copy, and social media posts that support PR and communication goals

Work with the Head of HR and Marketing Communications to integrate CSR and ESG initiatives into the company’s communication strategies

Support the execution of corporate responsibility projects that enhance the company’s reputation

Lead and mentor the PR team, providing guidance, support, and professional development to build a high- performing team

Manage relationships with PR agencies and consultants, ensuring quality deliverables and alignment with company values and objectives

Oversee the development and execution of corporate merchandise strategies to ensure they align with brand guidelines

Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, ensuring they align with the company’s PR and communication strategies
