Sales Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly average sales target and reduce selling costs and expenses
  • Expend the market share to get sales growth in terms of quantity
  • Increase customer satisfaction to determine the level of customer service delivering
  • Assist to provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
  • Monitor sales team’s performance, and analyze sales data 
  • Prepare yearly customer satisfaction survey and perform necessary actions
  • Build and maintain rapport with key customers and identify new customer opportunities
  • Increase the credit customers base on yearly target and activate inactive-customer
  • Promote tender sales growth from the government and public/private hospital region wide

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, diploma in sales and marketing preferable
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in sales and marketing field
  • Good knowledge on pharmaceutical products and/or medical devices
  • Knowledge and experience on the tender procedures, and rules and regulations
  • Knowledge and experience in mobile banking system and palmtop project
  • Excellent managerial skills and leading sales team
  • Good computer skills (MS Office Suite) with Myanmar typing

Working Time:

8:30 AM ~ 5:20 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
