Senior Executive, Financial Planning & Analysis

Responsibilities

• Participate in developing corporate strategy and business plans (budgets) aligned with operational activities and business objectives
• Review and support decision-making on proposed sub-budgets for business projects and functional activities in line with the approved business plan
• Prepare management accounts detailing monthly and yearly financial analysis, including key drivers and budget comparisons, highlighting variances
• Produce management reports, board papers, and regulatory reports in compliance with company policies and regulations on a timely basis
• Assist in setting cost-saving targets and communicate achievement status to management
• Support customer pricing calculations based on actual and forecasted financial figures, considering ongoing and planned business activities
• Coordinate Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities to ensure operational resilience
• Develop and enhance analytical and management reporting tools to provide actionable insights
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and financial analyses to support proactive and strategic decision-making by senior leadership

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficiency in IFRS
• Advanced MS Excel/PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and collaborative mindset with the ability to meet deadlines

8:30 am ~ 5:30 pm

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
