Senior Relationship Manager

Position Summary

Responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with corporate clients to deliver customized life insurance solutions aligned with their business objectives. The position requires achieving assigned monthly sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement. The role also includes conducting market research, staying informed on industry trends, coordinating with internal teams, and regularly reporting performance metrics to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to understand their needsand provide tailored solutions
• Provide customized insurance solutions based on client needs and business goals
• Identify new business opportunities within target markets
• Develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients
• Drive revenue growth by promoting life insurance products and services
• Conduct market research to understand client trends and competitor strategies
• Stay updated on industry changes, regulations, and emerging opportunities
• Coordinate with all relevant departments to meet team’s goal and instructions
• Monitor sales reports and performance analysis for the clients
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and summit to senior levels
• Ad-hoc assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in corporate sales, client relationship management, or insurance sales
• Strong understanding of insurance products and financial planning concepts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify market opportunities
