Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including AP, AR, GL
• Prepare and present timely financial reports, management accounts, and performance analysis
• Monitor daily cash flow and working capital to ensure smooth trading operations
• Manage foreign exchange transactions, bank transfers, and hedging activities
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for trade finance facilities
• Manage financial arrangements related to import/export documentation
• Ensure timely payment to suppliers and accurate invoicing to overseas buyers
• Monitor trade receivables and follow up on collections from international customers
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Oversee tax planning and ensure compliance with local tax regulations, customs duties, and international trade taxation
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to government regulations and external audit requirements
• Maintain compliance with corporate governance and financial regulations

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, ACCA, CPA, preferred
• Minimum 5~7 years of experience in related position (preferably in export/import or trading business)
• Solid understanding of local tax laws, customs regulations, and international trade compliance
• Proficiency in accounting policies, software and MS Office
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
