Senior Marketing Executive

Job Description:

Position Summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing on-ground marketing activations in the respective markets. Ensure timely and high-quality execution of brand activations, sampling programs, in-store promotions, and event marketing, while maintaining strict control over budgets and timelines, in alignment with the organizations and brand’s strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns, including consumer activations, retail displays, merchandising, and sampling
  • Coordinate event logistics, branding materials, giveaways, and field staff support
  • Select, brief, and manage activation agencies and vendors
  • Monitor on-ground execution through checklists, field visits, and real-time reporting
  • Evaluate agency performance and ensure adherence to SLAs, timelines, and budgets
  • Gather post-activation data such as footfalls, engagement, and leads
  • Analyze campaign ROI and provide actionable insights
  • Work closely with internal stakeholder teams by aligning on-ground activations with brand strategy and business objectives
  • Maintain proper documentation, including budgets, reports, contracts, and photos/videos
  • Track and control marketing spend related to activations
  • Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1~3 years of experience in BTL marketing, event execution, or trade marketing
  • Strong understanding of field activations, vendor management, and regional marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
  • Willingness to travel and visit activation sites regularly
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic marketing tools
  • Proficient in Google services and Microsoft office suite and other relevant software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision
  • Understanding the sexual and reproductive health would be an asset

Working Time:

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
