Product Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and all aspects of advertising, marketing, promotion activities and product launching
  • Oversee, monitor and control the marketing budget and expenses 
  • Plan and develop budgeting and action plan, and implement to achieve sales target
  • Creation and publication of all POSM in time in line with marketing plans
  • Planning and implementing promotional campaigns and measuring results
  • Recommend the nature and scope of present and future product lines
  • Support, train and guide proper products knowledge to sales team, and trade marketing team
  • Learn about new technologies in the industry and always stay updated with the new trend
  • Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give unique selling point
  • Communicate the vision and value of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
  • At least 4 or 5 years' experience in related field
  • Good understanding of branding, shopper behaviour, CRM and category
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Self-motivated and team player
  • Able to travel extensively

Working Time:

7:45 AM ~ 4:45 PM

Monday ~ Saturday

Sunday & Public Holiday closed
