PR & Communication Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies to enhance mental health awareness
• Encourage all kind of Myanmar organisations to start talking about the importance of mental health and emotions to their community
• Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, website, and press releases
• Manage media relations and build relationships with journalists, influencers, and partners
• Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, and workshops
• Monitor media coverage and analyse PR campaign effectiveness
• Support internal communications to ensure consistent messaging
• Networking in the field of HR, private schools and hospitals as well as other events with affiliation on mental well-being

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• At least 5 years’ experience in similar positions in communication and PR for example in private sector including creative agencies, medical field, sales and marketing or another relevant field
• Outgoing personality with a proven PR record
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Myanmar and English
• An organisation talent with attention to detail
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Creative and critical thinking skills required
• Experience with online media software preferred (Facebook, Wordpress, and photo or video editing software)
• Passion for mental health and well-being is a plus

Working Time:

8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
