[Position Closed] Head of Sales & Marketing

Position Summary

Responsible for developing effective strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, enhance brand awareness, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets
• Manage and lead the sales and marketing team to meet performance goals
• Identify new market opportunities and drive business growth
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities
• Maintain relationships with key clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Prepare and analyse sales performance reports for management review
• Collaborate with other departments to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business objectives
• Monitor and manage the department budget effectively
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and platforms 

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing marketing campaigns
• Ability to analyse data and market trends for strategic decision-making
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant sales/marketing tools
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies is an advantage
• Fluency in English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus

9:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
