Territory Sales Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Achieve target through sales team, meet customers (doctors & pharmacies) and train subordinates
  • Identify key doctor by product wise along with MMO and PE and monitor the progress on prescription generation
  • Ensure all subordinates have monthly call plan and follow up call plan
  • Monitor the sales achievement of subordinates and guide to achieve sales target
  • Share market feedback and finding to concern departments 

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing
  • Self motivated and persistent on achieving results
  • Good product and market knowledge
  • Excellent coaching skills and analytical skills
