Assistant Trade Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing trade marketing plans and promotions across retail and distribution channels
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand market needs and develop tailored in-store marketing programs
  • Coordinate with vendors and agencies for production and deployment of point-of-sale materials (POSM), displays, and signage
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and recommend improvements
  • Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with internal stakeholders
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and ensure timely execution of initiatives
  • Support new product launches and promotional campaigns in trade channels
  • Work closely with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of promotional materials
  • Prepare regular reports on trade activities, ROI, and market trends

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma or degree in business management, retail management, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including customer service, sales, and marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed dicisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and organizational skills

Working Time:

8:30 AM ~ 4:30 PM

Monday ~ Saturday

Sunday & Public Holidays
