Key Account Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospital administrators, pharmacists, and other relevant decision-makers within assigned accounts
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all key account matters, ensuring excellent customer service and responsiveness
  • Conducting regular meetings and follow-ups to maintain engagement and address any concerns or issues
  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize product penetration
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling of pharmaceutical products and services
  • Monitoring competitor activity and market trends to stay informed and maintain a competitive edge
  • Preparing and delivering presentations to healthcare professionals on product benefits, indications, and usage
  • Working with internal teams (marketing, medical affairs, etc.) to develop and implement integrated solutions tailored to the needs of key accounts
  • Collaborating on the development of promotional and educational materials for healthcare professionals
  • Participating in product launches and promotional activities, ensuring effective communication and engagement with key accounts
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations, ethical guidelines, and company policies
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market information
  • Preparing regular reports on account performance, sales trends, and market conditions for management

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and negotiating contracts
  • Understanding of market dynamics, competitor landscape, and relevant regulations
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare systems

Working Time:

8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Saturday (half day)

Sunday & Public Holidays closed
