Assistant Sales Manager - Lubricant

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Meet sale objective on weekly and monthly basic or exceeding set sales target
  • Plan effective sale call and meet minimum 35% on monthly base
  • Visit B2B customers targeted and planned sale call coverage
  • Plan and visit trip out of Yangon and assigned city as per assignment and sale requirement
  • Understand and develop good knowledge on lubricants and its related technologies
  • Detailing as a part of sale presentation in each sale call and serve as source of solution provider
  • Timely implementation of marketing programs and promotions
  • Maintain the quality and value of sales items from each customer
  • Execute assigned marketing plan an assist as per required on the B2B projects both private and government

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Any bachelor’s degree, preferably Mechanical Engineering or other related degree
  • Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience of B2B within the petroleum lubricant market
  • Strong selling, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective time management skills
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good computer skills in MS office including Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Good command of both writing and speaking English
  • Ability to work independently
  • Able to travel frequently in and out of city

Working Time:

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
