Evaluate and recommend the optimal mix of distributors, wholesalers, and direct-to-retail models

Integrate traditional and modern trade channels with digital and e-commerce opportunities

Optimize geographical coverage, outlet reach, and retail execution standards

Translate commercial objectives into actionable plans by channel and region

Drive pricing strategy, trade promotions, incentives, and outlet-level activation
