Financial Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Development of overall financial models related to stand-alone projects, spin-offs, JVs, mergers and acquisitions, etc.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, including variance analysis and key financial metrics
  • Consolidation and analysis of complex financial data taking into account goals of project/ company
  • Ability to read, understand, and evaluate complex financial reports (profit and loss account, balances sheet, cash flow, financing structure, tax structures, etc.)
  • Creation of detailed financial models (model parameters, model drivers, sensitivities, etc.)
  • Conducting benchmark and other project related analysis
  • Contributing to commercial and financial part of pre-feasibility, feasibilities studies and other investment appraisals
  • Conducting business studies on past, future and comparative project/ company performances
  • Contributing to different company/ project structures from inception to exit strategies
  • Provide alternatives and recommendations to reduce project costs and improve financial performance
  • Contributing to overall project planning, monitoring, and controlling
  • Contributing to capital raising (such as coordinate and negotiate with banks to obtain financing), project due diligence and other project related efforts
  • Financial modeling and negotiation with investors

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • CPA or Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent education
  • At least (5) years’ experience as Financial Analyst in large organization/consultancy firm
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel skills, and experience with financial systems such as ERP
  • Basic understanding about various company structures with exit strategy for investments
  • Strong coordination, presentation, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to non-financial stakeholders and senior management, both in written and verbal forms

8:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM

Monday ~ Friday
