Marketing & Communication Manager

Position Summary

Responsible for the development and supervision of all marketing and communications strategies for the company.

Responsibilities

• Build, plan and implement the online and offline marketing strategies
• Design and oversee all aspects of the marketing department including database, email and display advertising campaigns
• Manage to create engaging and relevant content for company’s website, social media, campaigns, and other digital channels
• Collaborate with designers to produce high quality digital assets
• Plan, execute and manage all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/ SEM, live sales, social media and display advertising
• Monitor to get the high performance on all marketing campaigns and estimate post-budget
• Plan and manage social media platforms according to trends and research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
• Work closely with sales department to analyze target markets and product mix and identify subsequent marketing opportunities
• Analyze the website performance and user behavior to identify areas for improvement website sales order
• Promotion product, new product and price creation on the e-commerce platform website
• Oversee and manage all contests and other digital projects
• Generate and present reports on digital marketing activities and ROI for handling social platforms
• Dedicate to the team and ensure the plan has been executed

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a marketing (online & offline) and 5 years in relevant managerial field
• Experience in website analytics and strong knowledge of various social media platforms
• Good communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
• Good Leadership skill to motivate and guide to staffs
• Strong attention to details
• Good track record in events management
• Able to work multitask under pressure

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Saturday (half day)

Sunday & Public Holidays closed
