Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, forecast and variance analyses to support decision making and strategic planning
- Mentor, coach and develop accounting staff, providing guidance and professional development opportunities
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity and financial performance metrics
- Analyze and report the data of expenditure and income, and daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Coordinate with related department over stock issues and stock entry
- Manage stock entry, cash flow, and financial statement as well as accounts receivable and payable, cashbook entry
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA or ACCA Part II
- Proven experience as Chief Accountant or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills and attention to details
- Proficiency in MYOB Software
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Working knowledge of tax laws and GAAP
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and computerized accounting
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
