Position Summary
Responsible for shaping and implementing strategies that define the brands’ identity and market presence. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership to drive brand success across diverse channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure that every touchpoint reflects the brand values and engages the audience effectively.
Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive brand strategies to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand values across all marketing channels

Oversee the creation and maintenance of the brand’s visual and verbal identity, ensuring all marketing materials and communications reflect the brand’s essence and integrity

Initiate, plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to promote the brand and drive customer engagement, collaborating with cross-functional teams for cohesive and effective implementation

Develop and implement comprehensive 360° communication strategies to support marketing objectives, including creative, social media, digital, and out-of-home (OOH) channels

Lead the development of agency briefs, ensuring clarity and alignment with campaign goals

Manage agency relationships, from sourcing and onboarding to maintaining, coaching, and overseeing successful campaign execution

Plan and manage yearly budgets, tracking expenditures and analysing outcomes to optimize future planning

Prepare detailed reports, including campaign performance, budget utilization, and social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Performing other related duties as required
