Brand & Communication Manager

Job Description:

Position Summary

Responsible for shaping and implementing strategies that define the brands’ identity and market presence. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical skills, and leadership to drive brand success across diverse channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure that every touchpoint reflects the brand values and engages the audience effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive brand strategies to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with brand values across all marketing channels
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of the brand’s visual and verbal identity, ensuring all marketing materials and communications reflect the brand’s essence and integrity
  • Initiate, plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns to promote the brand and drive customer engagement, collaborating with cross-functional teams for cohesive and effective implementation
  • Develop and implement comprehensive 360° communication strategies to support marketing objectives, including creative, social media, digital, and out-of-home (OOH) channels
  • Lead the development of agency briefs, ensuring clarity and alignment with campaign goals
  • Manage agency relationships, from sourcing and onboarding to maintaining, coaching, and overseeing successful campaign execution
  • Plan and manage yearly budgets, tracking expenditures and analysing outcomes to optimize future planning
  • Prepare detailed reports, including campaign performance, budget utilization, and social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Performing other related duties as required

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or Professional Certification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage external agencies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in using marketing and communication tools and platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill both in English and Myanmar languages are essential
  • Proficient in Google services and Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software and tools
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Understanding the sexual and reproductive health would be an asset
