Group Product Manager (OTX Brands)

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Creating, formulating and outline a comprehensive marketing plan for the year and aligned with the strategic business plan
  • Analyze consumer and customer behaviour, market trends and other pertinent factors to identify business opportunities and define the essential tasks for brand growth
  • Create marketing strategy to build plans for the Business and Marketing objectives for assigned brands
  • Travel to markets/key cities for product promotion activities and track the product promotion and development
  • Obtain consumer insights to drive brand proposition and positioning
  • Interact with the various relevant teams regarding the events that are being organized under the brand and keep them updated with the branding plan
  • Identify and interface with advertising / communication agencies to execute branding, promotion/ advertising campaigns and ensure adequate coverage

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • M.B.B.S /B. Pharm Graduate plus MBA preferable
  • At least (5) years in FMCG/OTC/OTX and preferably some meaningful experience in brand management/marketing
  • Should have good BTL and digital marketing knowledge
