Head of Finance

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial well-being of the organization by providing financial reports, projections and accounting services, preparing growth plans, and directing staff
• Work with financial institutions and investors for equity and debt financing
• Provide leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives
• Report financial results to the board of directors
• Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities
• Identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement, accumulating capital to fund expansion

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, prefer Master degree or equivalent
• 10+ years in financial leadership roles with experience in Financial Planning and Strategy, Managing Profitability, Strategic Planning, Equity and Debt raising with local and international conglomerate/MNC in retail/telecom/ISP business across country
• Mature, dynamic, flexible, high accuracy and result-oriented
• Well organized, cheerful and excellent communication skill
• Strong analytical ability and experienced in handling big data
• Strong people and client management skill required
• Advanced-level skill in Microsoft Excel or experience with ERP is a must
• Must be fluent in both Burmese and English languages
• Able to travel across the company's business coverage within Myanmar
