Trade Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of PSRs to drive trade marketing activations and visibility across pharmacies
  • Ensure effective utilization of merchandising team and establish robust monitoring mechanisms
  • Manage and develop vendors for merchandising elements
  • Plan consumer promos and brand promos, mystery customer rounds
  • Plan direct-to-consumer consumer brand activations for focus products
  • Build quick availability and awareness especially for new product launches at store level
  • Ensure optimal product availability at pharmacy level and initiate a feedback loop back to sales teams
  • Manage trade grievances in terms of stocks and visibility
  • Effective utilization of trade marketing budget
  • Gather competitive intelligence and take up regular market studies
  • Identify new product opportunities and align on new product pipeline for key brands
  • Translate shop level insights to POSM Innovations
  • Build productivity dashboard and motivate PSRs to deliver productivity measures
