Marketing Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, develop skills and competencies of the consumer activation team to grow and to achieve their personal development objectives
  • Lead the planning and execution of consumer activations (e.g. consumer promotions, merchandising, visibility, events) of all brands in the company's portfolio to drive the strategy plan
  • Work closely with brand development team and commercial team to develop annual brand activation plan
  • Pioneer in developing and executing consumer data-driven activities derived from insights provided by consumer intelligence team
  • Understand and effectively use consumer segmentation and customer segmentation for consumer activation planning
  • Apply consumer data and insights to create data-driven activities
  • Effectively manage and control consumer activation budget
  • Provide inspiring activation brief to agency and timely activation evaluation and key learnings
  • Following the UTC SOP to develop and improve annual UTC plan and executions
  • Adopt and utilize brand communication campaigns and/or sponsorships to create brand experience activations
  • Adopt brand corporate identity to create brand merchandising and visibilities
  • Provide and update monthly activation dashboard
  • Participate in quarterly commercial meeting
  • Ensure all business activities comply with legal demands, ethical standards, and company code of conduct

Job Requirements:

Required Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s Degree is highly desirable
  • Minimum 10 years of related experience with at least 5 years in managerial position
  • Extensive experiences in marketing and/or trade marketing of FMCG or wines and spirits industries
  • Balance of creativity and analytical skills
  • Excellent in communication, influencing, interpersonal and social skills
  • Fluent in both Burmese and English
  • Must be computer literate and be familiar with email, MS Office
  • Work experiences in MNCs is strongly preferred
  • Flexibility to travel domestically
  • Comfortable to work in an alcoholic beverages’ on-trade environment
