Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and evaluate emerging opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscape in the petroleum import industry
• Analyze industry reports, economic conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the petroleum sector
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners
• Drive sales and revenue growth through targeted business development strategies
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
• Work closely with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth import processes
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends
• Maintain accurate records of business transactions, client interactions, and market research findings

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in the related field, MBA would be an advantage
• Must have over 5 years’ experience in petroleum business field
• Proficient of English and Burmese
• Excellent market analysis skills, negotiation skills, communication skills, and reporting skills
• Experience with international trade regulations and logistics
• Multilingual abilities are a plus

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Saturday (half day)

Sunday & Public Holidays closed
