Position Summary
Responsible for overseeing and managing a team focused on selling insurance products through a bank’s distribution channels.
Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate the bancassurance sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members

Organize training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the team

Stay updated with the latest insurance products and banking processes

Ensure the team is wellinformed about product features, benefits, and underwriting requirements

Provide feedback and sales closing tactics to the team based on customer and market insights

Build and maintain strong relationships with bank’s branch in charge and the staff in charge for bancassurace

Collaborate with bank staff to identify customer needs and tailor insurance products accordingly

Resolve any issues or conflicts between the bancassurance team and bank staff promptly
