Position Summary
Responsible for overseeing the bancassurance business operations within a specific geographic area. This role involves managing a team of bancassurance sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with banking partners, and ensuring that sales targets and compliance standards are met.
Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of bancassurance sales professionals to hit the target

Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members

Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the team

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the bancassurance sales targets for the designated area

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and key stakeholders within the area

Collaborate with bank staff to identify customer needs and tailor insurance products accordingly

Resolve any issues or conflicts between bancassurance staff and bank personnel promptly and effectively

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
