Sales Manager, Generator & Heavy Machinery

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Manage and support the sales team, providing guidance and performance evaluations
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Create detailed sales reports and forecasts for upper management
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and close deals
  • Work with marketing and service teams to align strategies and enhance customer experiences
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve the sales team's effectiveness

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the heavy machinery service sector, including 3 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems
  • Industry-specific certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are preferred
  • Good in English 4 skills and Microsoft 365
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
