Event Executive

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Planning and coordinating all aspects of an event including venues, guest lists, seating arrangement, event agenda and catering
  • Managing events on the day of including problem-solving, welcoming guests, directing event set-up, communicating with staff and organizing vendors
  • Creating event proposals that fit client requirements and presented proposals by the deadline
  • Managing day-to-day operations of owned platforms
  • Drafting reports to the restaurant leadership regarding event activities and client feedback
  • Maintaining good public relations
  • Planning occasions and promotion plans for special days such as Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve’s Dinner Party and New Year’s Dinner Party
  • Planning and implementing monthly social media calendar

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma/Degree in relevant field
  • 3-4 years of experience in event planning, management, and coordination, particularly within the culinary or hospitality industry
  • Experience working with high-profile clients and VIPs
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in luxury events and experiential hospitality
  • Multilingual capabilities are a bonus
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative flair and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
