Collecting and communicating the market information about customers/consumers and competitors on monthly basis

Ensuring implementation and communicating the progress of the sales and marketing activities

In time feedback about the market and team for the taking corrective actions

Periodically evaluating the brand performance and suggesting the key actions

Co-coordinating with other departments for smooth functioning
