Group Product Manager (Consumer Health Care)

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Formulating, developing, implementing predecided strategies and recommend business plan for the portfolio
  • Periodic market survey/analysis to propose new products
  • Developing the competencies of the team member communication on the portfolio
  • Ensuring technical knowledge/know how of the brands through periodic training
  • Timely and productive support to sales team to facilitate business objectives
  • Implementing the planned strategies/campaigns for the portfolio
  • Planning, monitoring and controlling budgeted vs actual expense
  • Monitor ROI of implemented promotional strategies/campaigns to ensure expected result
  • Collecting and communicating the market information about customer/consumers and competitors on monthly basis
  • Ensuring implementation and communicating the progress of the sales and marketing activities
  • In time feedback about the market and team for the taking corrective action
  • Periodically evaluating the brand performance and suggesting the key actions
  • Coordinate the other departments for smooth functioning

Job Requirements:

Requirements

  • Effective communication skill and convincing abilities
  • Self motivation as well as team motivation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High level of initiative, proactive
  • B Pharm/Science graduate, MBA will be an advantage
  • More than 5 years of brand management experience with managing OTC brands

Working Time:

9:00 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday

Saturday & Sunday closed
