Responsible for managing and optimizing efficient seed sales and marketing to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation. Main duty is to drive growth in sale volumes, sales revenue, and contribution margin in seed business and ensuring the company remains competitive and responsive to market dynamics.
