Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to improve profitability and cash flow
- Manage the company's budgeting and financial planning processes
- Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal control policies
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of financial operations
- Lead and develop a team of financial professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance management role within the garment factory industry
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
Working Time:
Monday ~ Saturday (half day)
Sunday & Public Holidays closed
