Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team
- Track sales performance and analyze market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints
- Prepare sales reports and present to senior management
Job Requirements:
Required Qualificationis & Skills
- Any Bachelor or Master’s Degree (related in Business Management, Economics, Marketing)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in related position
- Must have the experiences of the local real estate market concerning property prices, sales territory and current trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
Working Time:
Monday ~ Friday
Saturday & Sunday closed
