Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and gather requirements for data improvements and enhancements
• Be the lead of the SFA app new features and system design, ensuring it meets business objectives and is optimized for efficiency
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to provide the analytical findings that can inform business decisions
• Review and improve the information system in terms of data collection methods, data quality, and data sources
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
• Create detailed documentation of data processes, system changes, and analytical findings
• Establish and enforce data governance best practices to maintain data integrity and security
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• University Degree in Business, Information System Management, or any other related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience as Business Analyst or similar role in the MNC/FMCG/pharmaceutical environment
• Have a strong commercial focus and an ability to successfully align with cross functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Services
• A positive attitude towards sexual health, contraceptives, and condoms is essential

8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday
