Modern Trade Executive

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the Modern Trade channel, while effectively managing the assigned accounts
• Secure and maintain product listings within Modern Trade outlets, negotiating sales contracts’ terms and agreements as necessary
• Develop the marketing strategies tailored to the Modern Trade sector by collaborating with the Marketing team
• Execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and market share
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within Modern Trade outlets
• Provide product training to outlet staff to enhance product understanding and sales capabilities
• Optimize product placement and visual merchandising to enhance product visibility within stores
• Stay informed about market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities within the Modern Trade channel
• Analyze sales data, promotion effectiveness, and trade performance to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
• Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure optimal product availability and minimize stockout
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• University Degree in Business, Marketing, or any other related field
• Proven experience as Modern Trade Executive or similar role in the MNC/FMCG/pharmaceutical environment
• Have a strong commercial focus and an ability to successfully align with cross functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentative skills
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Services
• A positive attitude towards sexual health, contraceptives, and condoms is essential

8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Friday
