Head of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing team and suggest them the best marketing techniques for social media and other digital media campaigns
• Handle intricate situations in a peaceful manner and take our business clientele to the optimum level
• Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities, results, and Return on Investment (ROI)
• Conduct strategic marketing analysis that will help guide marketing messages
• Oversee social media planning and execution
• Consistently identify new or expand revenue opportunities and strategizing the implementation of plans
• Conception, development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies, product concepts and promotional programmed to drive interest and sales
• Work to continuously ensure the company marketing goals are communicated across the entire organization and improving the company’s marketing outreach efforts
• Ensure that all current marketing and copyright regulations comply with accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation
• Promote and embed strong and inspirational leadership to the entire team by demonstrating the company’s values and championing the leadership behavior framework
• Efficiently manage annual marketing budgets

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• B.Sc or M.Sc degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Proven 5+ years of experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing or a similar role
• Hands-on experience in prolific marketing campaigns
• Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets
• Strategic thinking, creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Good time management skills and the ability to priorities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command in English language
