Head of Distribution

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term distribution strategy for the maximum reach of the edible oil products
• Establish distribution network with reliable partners and ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery
• Monitor performance, ensure availability and quality of products in all distribution channels
• Oversee marketing and promotion efforts, control spending and identify new opportunities to increase sales
• Track sales, analyze customer needs and preferences, provide feedback and adjust product offer accordingly
• Negotiate with potential and existing distributors to secure favorability conditions
• Manage and motivate a team of junior staffs
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal company standard

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Logistics or related field
• 12+ years’ experience in distribution/trading and prefer candidates who have direct experience in edible oil products
• Proven track record of successful team leadership and project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good command of English language
• Open for both local and expat candidates
