Position Summary
Responsible for managing the financial health of an organization in order to promote success and growth while maintaining legal financial practices.
Responsibilities

Establish the financial policies, accounting procedures and documentation flows of the whole processe (for all new business segments)

Initiate and formulate with accounting software ad POS software

Oversee the operations and development of the company's finance department including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures

Supervise the preparation of monthly financial reports within the department

Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff

Maintain budgetary control, inventory control and cost control

Review and calculate the manufacturing cost of each product and pricing

Manage all receipts and payments (local and oversea)

Prepare for tax sticker issuing, monthly commercial tax return and quarterly income tax to related tax office

Prepare auditable financial statements for statutory purpose

Liaising with external audit for audit process of each company

Prepare tax returns and deal SAS tax systems for all companies

Update the required documents and form on company DICA accounts

Working with various departments (internal, external) of the business
