Medical Sales Manager

Position Summary

Responsible for managing medical channel development in the company by overseeing the medical sales process of the in-house sales team and distributors. Managing the performance of the distributors is also one of the primary duties for achieving the business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annualsales targets and coverage targets for medical channel
• Design and implement an effective sales strategy and sales plan for contraceptive products in the medical channel
• Build and promote strong customerrelationship with all healthcare providers, pharmacies, public health professionals and distribution partners
• Present comprehensive sales and revenue reports, and forecasts to the management team
• Lead and manage the in-house medicalsales team, deal with day-to-day issues, and ensure that orders are processed smoothly with distributors
• Identify key accounts and build corporate relationships to develop a channel for the company (either a revenue stream or a partnership opportunity)
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

• University degree in any health-related discipline
• Master/Professional Diploma in Business Management is preferable
• Minimum 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales
• Must have sales and selling techniques for pharma industry
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skill
• Ability to manage, coach and lead employees for their successful career
• Good command of English in both writing and speaking skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office proficiently
• Ability to work under pressure and in a multicultural environment
• High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability is required
• Strong interpersonal, communications & presentation skills
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally if needed
• Knowledge of Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) and Contraception is preferable

8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM
