Sales Manager

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and handle customer complaints
  • Coordinate companies' market research, marketing strategy, sales, advertising, promotion, pricing, product development, and public relations activities
  • Maintain contact with dealers and distributors
  • Assign sales territories, set goals, and establish training programs for the sales representatives
  • Advise the sales representatives on ways to improve their sales performance
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications And Skills

  • Any graduated (MBA degree is more preferable), Diploma in sales and marketing is a plus
  • Over 8 years' experience in related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership and self-confidence
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications
  • Knowledge of advertising principles, strategies and techniques

Working Time:

8:30 AM ~ 5:00 PM

Monday ~ Saturday

Sunday & Public Holiday closed

Job Benefits:
